AdsPitch Publisher Agreement (v1.0) 1. Inventory. You place AdsPitch tags only on sites you own or control and that AdsPitch has approved. You keep site details current. 2. Revenue share. You earn the revenue share shown in your console (default 70%) of net advertiser spend attributable to valid impressions and clicks on your inventory, as measured by AdsPitch. 3. Invalid activity. You must not click your own ads, incentivise clicks, use bots, or place ads on pages with prohibited content. Earnings from invalid activity are withheld; repeat violations result in termination and forfeiture. 4. Placement. Ads must be clearly distinguishable from content, not obscured, and not placed in a way that causes accidental clicks. Maximum 3 zones per page unless agreed. 5. Payment. Earnings accrue continuously and are paid on request once the minimum payout is reached, within 30 days, by bank transfer/UPI to the details you provide. You are responsible for your taxes. 6. Data. AdsPitch sets no cookies on your visitors; it processes IP and user-agent data transiently for fraud prevention and frequency capping. You must disclose AdsPitch as an advertising partner in your privacy policy. 7. Termination. Either party may terminate with 7 days' notice. Accrued valid earnings above the minimum are paid on termination. 8. Governing law. India.
